1. Service Coverage and Scope
VPNLS provides international route subscription services covering 90+ countries and 210+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscriptions come in two forms: monthly plans and data packs that never expire and are used until they run out. Tiers, data allowances and prices are as shown on the pricing page. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the number of remaining days.
After activation, users get their subscription link from the user panel and import it into a client. Subscription links are for use with this account only and must not be shared publicly or used to run services for third parties.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to sign up — a username and password are enough. Accounts are for the registered user only. Subscriptions carry no device limit and can be used to sign in on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients. Reselling, renting out or lending an account or subscription link is prohibited, as is any form of redistribution, traffic resale or proxy service built on the subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe; any usage lost through leaked credentials is your responsibility. If you notice unusual sign-ins or unexpected usage, change your password in the user panel and open a ticket as soon as possible.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction and the rules that apply where the service is used, and may use the service only for lawful cross-border access, reaching international websites, network acceleration and similar purposes. Using the service for any illegal activity is prohibited, including but not limited to attacking, scanning or breaking into other people's systems, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, fraud, harassment, and unauthorised access to other people's data.
Using the service to send spam, make large-scale automated requests or disrupt the normal operation of third-party services is prohibited. Users bear the consequences of their own misuse of the service.
4. Service Availability and Liability Limits
VPNLS maintains its routes and clients to the best of its current ability and keeps improving cross-border links. Network service is affected by factors such as your local network, carrier routing, international gateway congestion, third-party platform policies and your device environment, so speeds may fluctuate, connections may drop, or individual websites may be unreachable at certain times or on certain routes.
The service makes no guarantee about the availability, content or regional policies of third-party websites and apps, and accepts no liability for indirect losses caused by the factors above. If you have connection problems, you can open a ticket from the user panel and the service will help troubleshoot based on the route and client involved.
5. Grounds for Account Termination
VPNLS may suspend or terminate an account and its subscription in the following cases: breach of the acceptable use requirements in these terms; reselling, renting out or publicly sharing an account or subscription link; using the service for illegal activity or for anything that harms other people or network security; providing false information or impersonating someone else; and other clear misuse of service resources.
Accounts terminated for violations forfeit the remaining subscription period and unused data. If the termination is caused by the service itself, users can request the appropriate remedy under the refund policy. Users may stop using the service at any time; unused data packs are kept under the rules in force at purchase until they are used up.
6. Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
VPNLS may update these terms because of service changes, legal requirements or operational needs. Updated terms are published on this page with the month of the last update and take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and request a refund where you are eligible.
The full rules on refunds and cancellation are set out separately on the refund policy page: a no-questions-asked full refund can be requested within 7 days of your first payment, and that page is the authoritative source for how to apply and how long processing takes. How privacy data is handled is described on the privacy policy page.
